Voor BJP2013, de kralenclub maakte ik voor de achtste maand een broche met 8 achten.

Zevende maand BJP2013 Seventh month

Voor de Kralen club ben ik met een inhaalslag bezig. Nu heb ik "juli", de zevende maand klaar. De zeven kleuren van de regenboog in een zevenhoek. Het geheel in een ronde broche.

For the Bead club I am catching up.Now I finished "July", the seventh month. The seven rainbow colours in a septangel (?!?) and this in a round brooch.

Klaproos. Poppy

Voor bjp2013, Bead Journal Project 2013 heb ik (eindelijk) mijn april werkstukje af: Een vierkant met een gestyleerde klaproos  Vierkant omdat het de vierde maand is.

For bjp2013, Bead Journal Project 2013 I (finally) finished my April project: a square (fourth month of the year) with a poppy (four leafs as long as the wind and the rain didn't take one off).

Het is een broche, geborduurd  met glazen kralen. Afmeting doorsnee 6 centimeter.

This poppy pin is embroidered with glass beads. Diameter is 6 centimeter.

Maart voor Bead Journal Project. March for Bead Journal Project

Ik doe mee met een groep kralenkunstenaars (bjp2013) en maak elke maand een werkstuk met kralen. I joined a group of bead artists (bjp2013) and make every month a bead project.

 

Deze maand heb ik voor groen en blauw gekozen.

This month I chose blue and green beads

 

Omdat het de derde maand is heb ik de driehoek als basisidee.

While it is the third month I used the triangle for my project

Vanwege de commentaren ben ik er wat dieper ingedoken: de vergelijking met de iris dringt zich op en met een boslelie. Ik maak wel een nieuw item
Because of the comments I looked it up: the resemblance with the Iris and the Trillium. I'll make a new item.  


In haar commentaar komt April Z. dicht bij de waarheid: zij heeft het over een embleem van het eiland Mann met drie benen. De werkelijkheid is dat ik geïnspireerd ben door het embleem van de Indonesische ketjap Kaki tiga, dat drie voeten betekent. (ik ben op Borneo (Kalimantan) geboren in Indonesië en ken dus anderhalf woord Indonesisch)
April Z. is very CLOSE when she suggests that my design resembles the isle of Mann logo with three legs. The truth is that my first inspiration was the logo of Kaki Tiga, a ketjap brand from Indonesia. (I was born in the island Borneo (Kalimantan) and know some Indonesian words)

Voor een enthousiaste kralenclub, http://bjp2013.blogspot.com/ probeer ik elke maand een kralenobject te produceren. Ik word door de groep geinspireerd en het creatieve denkwerk wordt er actief van!
For an enthousiastical beadclub, http://bjp2013.blogspot.com/ I try to produce a beadproduct every month. The group inspires me and my creative brain gets active by it!

 Voor januari, de eerste maand maakte ik een punt,  EEN punt. Eén kleur kralen op een cirkel. Ik kan niet terug vinden welk youtube-filmpje me op het idee bracht, maar ik zocht iets met een kralen-kraal.

For Januari, the first month I made a point, ONE point. A circle with beads in one colour. I cannot refind the youtube film that inspired me, but I do remember I was looking for a beaded bead.

 De afmeting is 6 centimeter in doorsnee.

The diameter is 6 centimeter.

Als ik negatief ben, dan lijkt ie wel op de volgende foto (van het internet gehaald): pannensponsen.
If I'm negative I can call it a pot scrubbre. The photo I copied from internet.

Zie je de overeenkomst?  Maar als ik positief ben, dan noem ik het ZWARTE ROOS.        
 Do you see the resemblance?  But positively speaking it is a nice BLACK ROSE.
